Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any item (s)purchased from our website within 7 days from the original date of invoice, provided following terms and conditions for exchange are met.


·           The exchange will be allowed if the item (s) being returned for exchange is in original saleable

state, unused, clean, intact with original tags, packaging and invoice.


·           Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to give the same to the store while getting

your product exchanged.


·           In case of receipt of a damaged/defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please mail us at

·           All expenses towards shipping item for exchange shall be borne by the customer.

·           This is highly recommended that the item (s) should be packed strongly and adequately such as

        there is no further damage of item (s) in transit.

·            The item sent for exchange must be received within 7 days of delivery to claim the replacement.

·            Exchange of item (s) shall be subject to availability of the required product. In case, the required product is not available, then exchange period shall be longer or exchange may be adjusted against subsequent purchase.

·            The value of the replaced item(s) shall be equal to the original purchase price of the exchanged item(s), as mentioned in the Invoice, irrespective of the current price of the exchanged item(s), at the time of the exchange being made. In case the value of the replaced item(s) is/are less than the original value of the exchanged item(s) article, there will be no refund or credit note issued. If the value of the replaced item(s) is/are more than original value, the customer shall have to pay the difference amount against the sale.

·           Exchange claims can be made only for footwear. No claim is permissible on Bags, Wallets, Belts, Socks, Shoecare products or other non-footwear items.

·         First shipment to customer is free of cost, however customer shall be charged (courier charges), at actual, for

         exchange of goods or customer can send back the Footwear to Heel and Shoes LLP own his own.
